“If I could give this place more stars I would. I know Chick Fil A is a chain and predictable food with good friendly “my pleasure” service. This is by far the best Chick Fil A in the Salt Lake valley if not the entire state. They have the best most consistent fries of any location I’ve ever been to. This is our family’s favorite Chick Fil A“

“The food was great! Yummy and quick. Most of the employees were also great. Very friendly and professional. However there was one woman that was being very rude to one of the employees in front of customers (older brunette woman, I think she was a manager). She was telling the employee that he was picking up the chicken to put on the pizza wrong and that she had already told him before. He listened to her but afterwards he mentioned to her if she could not say it in front of customers or just say less chicken and she started going off on him about not going to say things the way he wants to and he just needs to listen. Anyways, great food and all great employees except for her managing style especially being in front of everyone.“

“I have a severe gluten allergy and the staff working tonight were so amazing. They remade my sandwich and took precautions to make sure I didn’t get sick!! They were so kind about it and reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal to remake my sandwich!!“

“Did an online order today 3/30/26 and the bread was wrong as well as the chips. So I came back in and thankfully Johnathan (if thats his name) was so so nice to me and offered to make me a new one. Plus the store is always so clean when hes there. I'm an avid Subway fanatic and this will always be my go to Subway. Keep up the good work guys!“
