“Did the drive thru. It was about how they go. Hard to communicate. However, received nice service by the Julian (?) (name on the receipt) friendly, kind and working promptly. He corrected the order, different voice from the intercom (female voice) and had us pull aside so he could help others. We did not wait long and he brought it out quickly. Ive been in this industry before and notice things and who works efficiently. JULIAN did and he did it with a smile.“

“I’m a hot chicken fanatic, so of course when I come across a new establishment (New to me😂) then of course I’m ALL in! I tried their Original Chicken sando with Fries. I got my sando Habanero Hot and it was the perfect heat level for me. I must add that I’m a HUGE fan of crinkle cut fries, and they were crispy and had a great crunch! Service was rocket fast with friendly customer service. If you love hot chicken like me, then give Houston Hot Chicken a try!“

“Cool place. Very friendly staff and nice vibe.

I love really spicy food and this just didn’t hit how I hoped. I got the second and third hottest tenders, and was disappointed in flavoring. All very subjective, but I couldn’t really feel the heat until I finished eating, then lingered for a long time and burned on the way out the next day. I suspect nuggets may be better with more surface area.

For me, the downsides of super-spicy food hit but with the experience of eating sorta-spicy food.“

“I had been promising my grandson. I would take him there to get something to eat. He had been wanting to for a while. He gave it a 10 out of 10 absolutely enjoyed It!!! Could not stop raving about the biscuits and gravy and the chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Awesome price as well! I personally thought the gravy was delicious as well and I usually don't care for gravy, so that's saying a lot.“

“Glad to have found this Chick Fila in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake. We were visiting and did a Google search. It is centrally located and close to the park where we enjoyed our meal. It's good to know that the food tastes good and the service is as terrific as it is back home.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I’ve been coming to this Chicken Express location since I was a kid, so about 18 years, and it has genuinely remained my all-time favorite restaurant. Over the years, the owners and employees have always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistent, which makes the experience feel special every single time.

Their food has always been exceptional. My go-to orders are the combination plate and the gyro plate, and they are absolutely fabulous every time. The massive portions, incredible flavor, freshness, and quality are exactly why I keep coming back after all these years.

This place has been such a staple for me, and I’m so happy to see it continue under new management. We met the owner today and he was wonderful and so kind. If you’re in Salt Lake and haven’t tried their food yet, you absolutely need to. It’s one of those restaurants that deserves all the love and support.“

“Everybody loves chicken! Especially if it's at Chick-fil-A. They also have great salads. Their drive-thru is nice and speedy. It's definitely a children and youth favorite. It's everyone's top choice when we ask about where they want to go. And Chick-fil-A sauce is absolutely the best. My kids love to hoard it and save it for dipping fries or potatoes that we'd make at home.“

“Oh my gosh I literally was getting SCAMMED by a credit card fraud as I was walking in to the store, and the associate at the register Justin he said he could hear everything and even though it had nothing to do with him he went OUT of his way to make sure me and my 2 children had a good dining experience! My nephew kept saying “I like it here” even though I was stressed to the max calling the credit card company to get my cards cut off!! I can’t believe he was so helpful it really helped my situation be calm and not as bad as it could’ve been! THANK YOU JUSTIN!“
