“First and foremost my family and I love going here. We probably go on a weekly basis. I’m always super excited when my wife agrees with me on going here. Some things to note:

The two piece kids meal is a really good deal. A lot of food for a kid, even for an adult. The custard is always amazing as usually. I got the chicken tenders and they are always good. I love all the sauce options, especially the fry sauce and house signature sauce. The only issue in this last visit was I felt they skimped out on the fries, they typically give a lot. Also I wish I had more seasoning on the rosemary pepper fries (the seasoning on those fries are amazing!).

Customer service is great as usual. Nina was great, very helpful and patient when ordering. One of the other works went out of the way quickly to get the fry sauce changed out when I told them they were out and got us some extra sauce. Always a positive experience with the people here, always seem to be in a good mood. :)

I highly recommend coming here. You get a lot of food for your money. Now that I have the app, I mostly likely will come more often to get points for free stuff.

Kid-friendliness: The kids meal is wonderful for the kids, and they is so many sauces for the kids to try. Fun experience for the kids.“

“Surprisingly the food was great despite it's 2.7 stars. I was most impressed with the gentleman running drive thru Nov. 13th around 9:15 pm with the movie star voice. He very clearly articulated the fries were out for the night, and upgraded me with something better to make up for it. Also threw in extra sauce. 5 star employee needs a raise. Impeccable customer service skills. Trust me do what you can to keep him, and business will be good.“

“I love Super Chix. The sandwiches are great. The fries are great. The fried pickles are great, just know the portion size is big, even for regular size. I'm always happy when work caters them.

“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“Our friend and I absolutely love this place! It's always great coming to a Houston Hot Chicken. Quality Chicken with a unique Cajun spice and sides that'll light you on fire as well.

He had the small bowl but I decided to go big that day.

“First time! Went w my girls on our lunch and i think the manager took our orders; he was so nice and awesome, told me about the spiciness levels in detail and was so awesome! Food was soooo good and fresh, wish I took a better picture, the fries were surprisingly still crispy when I ate it a few hours later
I thought the spicy level was going to be spicy from how it was described and I normally can’t handle spicy but the spicy for me tasted medium, next time imma ask for the next level up of spicy

“The chicken here was decent. To rank it the chicken, I’d put it slightly below that of Raising Caines. Overall, I’d put the restaurant above Raising Caines. Slim Chickens has way more sauce options and a few more items to choose from on the menu. Give it a try!“

“I got locked out of my house and was driving around trying to distract 3 small children for 2 hours until someone would be home to unlock it. I decided to come to Chick-Fil-A so that my kids could play and I ordered a few things of fries and a drink for them to share. When I mentioned in passing that I had someone locked myself out, Ashley gave me my meal for free and told me that she could only imagine how hard it was to occupy 3 kids! She was so nice and made my entire day! To a mom on the verge of tears this act of kindness was beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced. We are customers for life.“

“I just wanted to take a moment and recognise Athena. I worked a long shift outside in the cold & snow today and I got a note saying I got a “We Luv U Treat” ?

It made me so happy and there was an extra cookie in my bag! Are you kidding?!? That was the most thoughtful thing anyone has done for me in weeks.

“Both the Idaho Falls and West Jordan Chick-fil-A were amazing and tasty!!!
I am a huge fan of the frozen lemonade ?? I don't like lemonade normally ?

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

“The chicken is pretty good but they only give you one dipping sauce for 4 tenders which is so cheap! I really loved the idea of country gravy as a dipping but it has no flavor at all!“

“Seriously one of my favorite fast food joints! My favorite thing to get there is their basic chicken sandwich with one of their seasonal milkshakes. (Love the peach shake!) They've streamlined their drive thru to keep things moving swiftly and have quick, friendly service. There are always a lot of people there when we go, because it's just THAT good!“

They were quick to get it all put together and Jessie was very sweet to offer me (a very pregnant lady ) a water cup while I waited. I know what it’s like working in food late on a holiday and they were very kind after what I’m sure was a very busy day. The sitting area was also very clean.“
