“I always get amazing service from everyone here, and the food is fantastic. The design of the restaurant interior and music choices make absolutely no sense to me though. It’s so strange. Who the heck is this catered towards? It makes no sense at all, but hey at least the food is damn good.“

I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I’ve been coming to this Chicken Express location since I was a kid, so about 18 years, and it has genuinely remained my all-time favorite restaurant. Over the years, the owners and employees have always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistent, which makes the experience feel special every single time.

Their food has always been exceptional. My go-to orders are the combination plate and the gyro plate, and they are absolutely fabulous every time. The massive portions, incredible flavor, freshness, and quality are exactly why I keep coming back after all these years.

This place has been such a staple for me, and I’m so happy to see it continue under new management. We met the owner today and he was wonderful and so kind.
