I've been a fan of Chef Viet Pham through watching his appearances on the Food Network and was very excited to go to Pretty Bird while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The food didn't disappoint! The chicken sandwich was amazing and spicy and fresh. I'll go there every time I'm in SLC and I hope that someday Pretty Bird comes to New York!
Best chicken sandwich ever!!
Food was great but it is important to know this is a pickup window only, with a few outdoor tables. I had medium spice and chili garlic sauce. I recommend ordering toppings on the side so you can calibrate what you like.
