Food, service and experience all exceptional. Capitol Grille nationwide sets high standards for their restaurants and SLC is no exception. Our server, Liz, did a great job taking care of us. They even decorated the table for our graduation celebration! Very thoughtful gesture, along with the complementary dessert! Definitely will dine here again!
The steaks are superb I had a Pittsburgh style ribeye medium rare Clients had Ahi Tuna Steak-amazing! Filet-perfection Sea Bass -spectacular Scallops-OMG! Yes go here!!!
