“Summer Tsukemen. Normal ramen comes with chashu pork, but this one has roast beef. So delicious. The noodles are served in a light broth, so it might be a good idea to dilute the dipping sauce with it at the end. The portion is smaller than I expected, but it’s healthy and good.”

There’s plenty of dishes to choose from the menu. There’s something for everyone. The fact that the condiments were filled and I didn’t have to ask for extra anything was truly a BIG plus. As first timers we did have a hard time deciding on what to order. One things for sure we will be returning. Everything we ordered was fresh and so delicious. Despite that the place was busy we got our food pretty quickly. Highly recommended this establishment. 10/10 must eat here and if undecided get you some Sidro’s chilaquiles. Chefs kiss! 💋”

The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. Any ways, if your looking for some good sushi, give Mr. Shabu a try.”

I've eaten this all over the place and this was the least flavorful I've found, felt like a basic fettuccini with red sauce. No spice or Cajun flavors at all... disappointed in that.
Experience was nice just wasn't a fan of the dinner for over $200 for the 2 of us... Neither of us came close to finishing our meals.”

But my husband's rose pasta was just so-so -- both of us thought it was a bit disappointing, especially as the waiter said it was their specialty, but it really wasnt that good, and we didn't even felt the need to finish it. Everything else was spectacular thought, including the atmosphere and service. We'll definitely return if we're in the area again, but just avoid the rose pasta.”

“Mahider has a very warm and welcoming hosts. It is a place to try and enjoy some really good ethnic and authentic food from the Ethiopia, one of the oldest from the African diaspora. Food is one of the first thing that brings people together, and I recommend Mahider if you want to learn more about the rich history what this Ethiopian place has to offer.”

“Went to this restaurant for our 9th wedding anniversary. It's price range varies from $45-$85 per entree but definitely lives up to the hype. I had the citrus butter cast iron Alaskan halibut and a side of grilled cauliflower with garlic herb sauce, and a Beehive jack rabbit Gin Commander cocktail. My husband got the Wagyu hanger 8 0z steak, mashed potatoes, and The Espolon Tequila Hefe cocktail. For dessert we got the churros drizzled with raspberry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream to share. Our waiter Kaden was excellent and on top of things, Jose was our busser and was very prompt, professional, and kind, and the chef was excellent and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time. I recently experienced the 60-min, 17-course Bougie Omakase at Sushi by Bou, and to say I was blown away is an understatement. If you think a fast-paced omakase means compromising on quality, this place will completely change your mind. It is high-energy, precisely timed, and flat-out delicious.

Every single piece of the 17 courses was a hit. The chefs are absolute masters of their craft, presenting gorgeous cuts with flawless texture and flavor pairings. From melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna to beautifully torched delicacies, the progression of the meal was incredibly satisfying. You get the premium, high-end feel of a luxury omakase but packaged in an approachable, fun, and fast-paced hour.

Beyond the sushi, their beverage program is stellar. They offer a remarkably wide range of signature cocktails, sake pairings, and high-end spirits. I ordered Chivalry is Dead to pair with my meal, and it was exceptional—perfectly balanced, smooth, and expertly crafted to complement the rich flavors of the fish.

Sushi by Bou has perfected the art of the modern omakase. The ambiance is intimate yet lively, the service is seamless, and the fish is top-tier. For 17 courses of this caliber, it is arguably the best culinary value in town. I will absolutely be back!”

Your Menu, on the other hand, is limited and over priced. The wine menu could be a bit more sophisticated without increasing prices. It is understood servers do not do the wine purchasing.

The entire service staff could use more support from the organization. It is important for staff morale and may help reduce staff turnover.”

“This is going to be a long review. When you first walk in you are met with a delicious aroma of fresh bread, and pastries. The staff beats you with such sincerity that you feel like your family. I had called to put in a large catering order Tuesday afternoon right before closing; Wednesday was a holiday and I needed it by Thursday morning. They had everything boxed up ready to go…. Only for me to realize the coolers I bought were not big enough for a box. They offered to repackage everything into smaller boxes. The smaller boxes worked perfectly. While I waited I ordered the Turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich. I can honestly say that was the best turkey avocado, bacon sandwich I have ever eaten. As I write this, I am thinking of how delicious that sandwich was and trying to convince myself that a 50 mile drive for a sandwich is a bit much. The turkey was a thicker cut, juicy, flavorful, and it had that Thanksgiving roasted flavor to it. The bacon Cooked perfectly, not too crisp so you don’t chip a tooth , and not underdone where it is chewy. The avocado was fresh, and it was ripened to the perfect stage. The sandwich also contained some lettuce, and a dressing, which was delicious. All of this delectable goodness placed on fresh bread. The bread had a perfect crunchy outer crust While the inside was soft. The bread itself had an amazing flavor to it with all the seeds and nuts in it made a perfect sandwich. I will write a follow up after the party tonight. It will include photos.”

“This restaurant is a gem!! It is nestled in the Avenues of SLC. The restaurant’s atmosphere is so charming- it’s in an old home that was converted to the restaurant. There are lovely windows in the front that you can look out onto the Avenue. There is outdoor seating when the weather is warm. The service is fantastic! Cascade was our server. She is exceptional!! They are able to accommodate food allergies easily. The food is amazing!! It is so flavorful and cooked to perfection! The presentation is beautiful! We had the Pickled Beet Salad, Fish and Chips and Mountain Hamburger. Again, everything was cooked and presented with perfection!! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.”

Had airport food the day before and hotel breakfast that morning and was craving real food. Had the Birria Tacos from the Brunch menu and have to say they were OUTSTANDING! Some of the best I've ever had. If I lived there, I would have to have those tacos a couple of times a month!”

“Fantastic food… but!!! These are not dumplings. These are Momo and very different to Chinese dumplings. The panda logo further threw off the understanding of what this place serves. I suggest adding Nepalese or something to the name.”

“I had such a wonderful dining experience here recently. Everything from the presentation to the flavor was absolutely spot on.

The meal started with these adorable beet cubes served on tiny skewers with little red hearts on top. It was such a thoughtful, charming detail that set the tone for the rest of the night. Every dish that followed was just as delicious.

Breakfast Sammies ranging from simple eggs and cheese to more complex things like bulgogi. Price range is $7-16. Little food truck around the corner from Fisher Brewing. Sits next to a coffee shop and a cookie place.”

“👍👍👍👍👍Had a terrific lunch here on Monday (6/23/25). Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Food was great. Not your regular Mexican dishes, more like Mexican with a unique twist! I had the Quesabirria (kind of like a quesadilla)and Ashly had the Birria Stew. We each chose lamb for the meat. These were made well, delicious and beautifully presented. Using lamb and the Birria style gave everything a unique, delightful flavor! It was a perfect afternoon for eating outside, too.”
