I go there now as much as I can and always feel a very warm welcome there. The food is not only delicious but soul enriching and really makes me feel connected to my culture. “Accidentally wandered in to Lake Effect while looking for another place the hotel down the street recommended. Had airport food the day before and hotel breakfast that morning and was craving real food. Had the Birria Tacos from the Brunch menu and have to say they were OUTSTANDING! Some of the best I've ever had. If I lived there, I would have to have those tacos a couple of times a month!“

“This is a neighborhood. Favorite. Is the real deal. Everyone loves it and it's always crowded. Personally, I do not like to eat. Inside, is way too noisy. I have enjoyed every taco that I have ever had. Their chips are delicious. It can be kind of hard sometimes to drive in to the drive-thru because it's so busy. For some reason I'm a little bit more four-star on the food but I would say my whole family would say five so I'm giving it five.“
