“This place is AMAZING! Was in town for appointments at Primary Children’s and came here right after. My picky 12 year old was able to find multiple things he loved and the staff was friendly, patient, understanding, and helpful. We ordered cheese burgers either fries and a drink plus onion rings, a shake, and a hand scooped ice cream and it all cost us under $30! The burgers were juicy and delicious, the fries were perfectly done ( crispy but not hard or overdone with a delicious softer inside, not undercooked, and everything was served quickly, kindly, and deliciously. We didn’t have a long wait at all! I loved the atmosphere as did my son! Their shakes are SO THICK you have to eat it with a spoon then try a straw later after it settles / melts a little and it was SO GOOD! Easily the best shake I’ve had in years! Lastly, their fry sauce. I’ve been to a lot of places that serve fry sauce all over the state and this was THE BEST fry sauce I’ve ever had! Not too tangy but not too light on flavor. I loved that they included it for free as well! 100/10 for food and experience!“

“We ordered two beef and one chicken doner. The meat was tender and flavorful, (not too spicy) and the bread was soft and delicious. 😋 If you want more tzatziki sauce just ask! We were there at 4pm and they weren't busy so we were able to sit inside and enjoy our meal.“

“This place used to be my favorite burger place in Salt Lake. Perhaps its my memory, but it seems like the crown burger was better. I wanted the pastrami to be saltier. The burger is $9 and that doesn't include fries or a drink. Why do t they just make a meal option and add a few dollars rather than have you buy everything a la carte. It seems excessively expensive this way. Its still better than all other fast food places. Its still a funner place to eat than any other fast food place. Awesome location if you are in the temple area.“

“Rarely ate Mexican food myself grew up in soCal, Del Taco was a pleasant surprise with new items in the menu!! The street soft corn tortilla taco grilled chicken has all the flavors to satisfy picky eaters: diced onion, chopped cilantro, unsalty grilled chicken. It's money worthy 'royal' treat of a yummy meal!! Thank you Del Taco kitchen staffs!!!“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“Quiet little spot with great food and friendly staff. I got the spaghetti with garlic bread (Tuesday special) and a gyro. Food came out quickly and hot. I really enjoyed both items, they had a very fresh, homestyle taste- like I was back in my grandparents kitchen for family dinner, something that is hard to come by in an era dominated by processed food and take out. I love really spicy food and this just didn’t hit how I hoped. I got the second and third hottest tenders, and was disappointed in flavoring. All very subjective, but I couldn’t really feel the heat until I finished eating, then lingered for a long time and burned on the way out the next day. I suspect nuggets may be better with more surface area.

For me, the downsides of super-spicy food hit but with the experience of eating sorta-spicy food.“

“There is absolutely nothing quite like hitting Freddy’s at 5:00 AM to kick off a travel day. If you are catching an early flight out of SLC, this spot is a total lifesaver. What makes it so incredible is the absolute flexibility of the menu because they do not limit you to standard breakfast food. If your body clock is completely scrambled and you want a burger at dawn, you can order almost anything off the regular daytime menu right alongside their breakfast items.

Apparently a cheeseburger at sunrise is perfectly acceptable but frozen custard at five in the morning is where society draws the line, which is probably for the best.

To top it all off, the morning crew here is incredible. Being that energetic, friendly, and efficient so early in the day is a massive win. They get you moving and on your way with a smile, making this hands down the best stop in the airport before your flight.“

“Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.“

I have not had an experience like this at Arby’s in years. He keeps up on cleaning as well as taking orders.“

“We had came in so tired and hot and we were doing geo cashes in the nearby area we walked 2 1/2 miles and used Arby's to cool off before going to Walmart and we asked for a few ice waters and he mentioned since we seemed like honest ppl he wouldn't mind us feeling our cups with soda, gave us a coupon book. And then we came back and offered him the last Klondike bar and he upgraded us to 2 large soda. It's not the fact that he gave freebies at all it's the generosity and caring that he had very nice young man. I don't know what you pay him but he definitely deserves a raise for meeting customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of the customer. He said he mostly does only weekends so you guys get the right guy on duty on sun of the summer solstice. At 4-6pm“

The staff members who have been here for the past 6 months between the hours of 3pm and 11:59 pm are really good. Do not fire them. If you do, this location will lower in quality for sure. All the other del taco locations have bad vibes and bad food. Study this location thoroughly if you want this franchise to be successful. They spice food right, all of my ingredients have always tasted fresh every order, and the value beats most other restaurants. When i do a custom order they get that right every time too. This location is on par with the good street taco stands which is saying a lot (obviously still tex mex tho but thats okay) long story short: i see a lot of del taco locations struggling compared to this one.

“I give it a four star rating for the food that we get there when we get it. However, this day, the restaurant was closed. And it even said that it was in standard operating hours. I hope they're not permanently closed. But, when they are open, I love everything A&W and their KFC side is pretty good too. The lemonade on the KFC side is really good. But, nothing beats a good root beer freeze or root beer float with A&W Root beer. That's probably one of my favorite flavors in my life.“

“What a great visit. Just landed in SLC yesterday to prepare for our move down. Didn't get the young lady's name at the counter who took my order. What a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with great energy and a very friendly attitude. Order came out quickly and food was put together nicely.

“I am compelled to give this establishment a rating of 1 star due to a deeply concerning incident that occurred during the night shift on Friday, September 6th, at 9:50pm. While preparing food, one of the kitchen staff members was observed leaning over the food with his head, subsequently returning to a normal posture and wiping saliva from his lips. What's even more alarming is that two of the workers on duty that night found this behavior amusing, as evidenced by their laughter. In my opinion, such unprofessional and unsanitary conduct warrants immediate termination. It is disheartening to see that the night shift staff employed by this establishment exhibit such a blatant disregard for customer well-being and basic hygiene standards.“
