“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“My daughter just loves In-N-Out, so perhaps I'm being a bit unfair on my review. I like their food, but...

I think that the beef patties are too small, so I will always get two on a burger in the future. The bun tends to fall apart rather quickly too. I like Animal Style, but it does make those well-done fries a bit too soggy. I think from now on I'm going to see if I can get them with the sauce on the side. Their service a pretty fast considering your getting everything made fresh, but I don't know if it is the number of people or what, but it just takes longer than most places. Try to go when the crowds aren't big and you'll have a better experience.

The place is always very clean, so I give it high marks, but it is so busy inside all the time that you usually have your table needing a good wipe-down because of have to grab a place to sit as soon as someone vacates, so they haven't had time to clean.

The staff is always very friendly. That's one thing that I really like. Helpful, friendly and usually attentive to their service.

The location of the drive thru line way around back at this location is... confusing, and it's usually very long. Parking is usually hard to find if you go when it's crowded.

I'm not trying to be hard, I like the place, but I'm just trying to give an informative review.“

The food makes you think the workers know you personally and made it with love. They got a bunch of toppings so you never gonna run out of options. Five guys perfected it and there is no point in any other place trying to beat it. if you want burger you want five guys“

“This has been my favorite Chick Fil A location for the past year and it’s a wonderful spot. Their service is amazing and professional. A young lady named Odette is who i give my big thanks too for making sure I had my order correct, I sometimes have trouble with my speech and she was very patient with me.“

My son and I went in October 11th 2025. We ordered him food waiting in line to order we over heard the manager Shawn apology to customers for the wait explaining that he was the only one there and that orders were taken a little longer than normal. I could tell that he was a little stressed but he still gave each customer in-store and drive through the best service. I want people to know how great he is.“

“It’s hard to screw up a chili cheese dog. It was just as we expected it to be. Greasy and heartburn causing the cheese is similar to what you put on 711 nacho’s the chili right out of a can. Fries were fried to perfection and not over salted. Dining area was clean. Didn’t use the rest room so not sure how clean it was. Strawberry shake was better than expected but just soft serve and strawberry syrup. You can get whipped cream and cherry if you want. I am really disappointed at how much a combo meal costs these days 10 bucks plus an extra 3 to upgrade the drink to a shake.“

“This location is great. I’ve only had one issue which was immediately fixed. I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Great people and management seems to care. Hard to find another location in salt lake county right now so glad this one is still around.“
