“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“As a Posty fan, it was a dream come true to visit here from Colorado!! I'm a vegetarian, so I only got the fries, Cane's sauce, and coleslaw, but they were yummy! It was my friend's first time having Canes, and she is not a vegetarian. Lol. She fell in love with the chicken fingers!! The restaurant itself is so awesome! Seeing the Posty memorabilia is so cool, and all the Posty touches as well.... And I loved the restroom! Mela was the employee that helped us, and she was so amazingly kind and nice! We left there with our Posty cups (although I'm sad they were out of the one pink cup I'm missing from my collection), many photos, and great memories!!!!! :)“

“My favorite chicken sandwich joint. Does it feel a little pricey? Yes but I find myself coming back again and again. Plus the portion sizes don’t disappoint. The flavors of their fried chicken sandwich is second to none. I also like their crinkle cut fries with their pretty bird sauce. Does it feel like they are nickel and diming you with charging $0.50 for their pretty bird sauce? Absolutely. Thats probably my biggest disappointment about this place, but not enough to knock their star rating. And pro tip -if you like red slaw vinaigrette, get theirs on the side so you have more to compliment flavors in the sandwich.“

“I always like Five Guys. I'm a Celiac, and it's a challenge to get a gluten-free burger and fries. They don't do fried food other than French fries, so those have safe for me to eat. I get my burger in their metal bowl with whatever fixings I want. They will do a lettuce wrap. Servers are friendly, and the service is usually quick. Plus, I can munch on peanuts in the shell while waiting.“

“When we first moved to the area 3 years ago, we had a couple of bad experiences at this location that led me to leave a middling review.

Maybe those were the exception or maybe things have changed since then.
Either way, we really like this location now.

We come to this location at least once a week.

The staff is very friendly, orders are accurate, and the building is clean.

I've been to other locations that are not well cleaned and have cold service, so their efforts here really stand out.“

“I just picked up dinner for my family this evening at this location. I had Shawn serve me through the drive-through. He seemed to be working rather alone however, he was clearly a very hard worker, and was very polite although it could’ve been a stressful situation as it was very busy, I appreciated his politeness, and his hard work for getting my food quickly he deserves a praise.“

“I like their subs although a full sub is over $20 now. The last two times I tried to order there the staff didn’t acknowledge me, no greeting. Three staff members at 2 locations just kept their heads down. There was only one other customer each time. Went to Subway next door and got immediately welcomed.“

“We were served by a very friendly guy who didn't speak much Spanish, but instead of calling someone else to take our order, he made an effort to understand us and was very gentle. The manager, who spoke Spanish, was nearby to help us if necessary, but Manny did very well and it was a nice experience.“

“It’s hard to screw up a chili cheese dog. It was just as we expected it to be. Greasy and heartburn causing the cheese is similar to what you put on 711 nacho’s the chili right out of a can. Fries were fried to perfection and not over salted. Dining area was clean. Didn’t use the rest room so not sure how clean it was. Strawberry shake was better than expected but just soft serve and strawberry syrup. You can get whipped cream and cherry if you want. I am really disappointed at how much a combo meal costs these days 10 bucks plus an extra 3 to upgrade the drink to a shake.“
