The food was served cold, the kept the sandwich cold but asked for a replacement of fries to be hot. Received my food in a bag to go although I ordered dine-in, they put it in trays for dine-in and the stickers were clearly labeled dine in. Not sure why the too much confusion at this place. The staff are very nice and wonderful.
Sofia is absolutely amazing!!! She was so kind, articulates herself so well, incredible customer service!! Give that girl a raise!! (Or promotion)
