“My wife and I recently moved to the Midvale area. We are now frequent customers of Great India. Tonight we ordered their Great India Special Appetizer, the Garlic Cheese Naan, and an order of Chicken Vindaloo (spicy). The flavor is incredible and the food so fresh. We talked with the owners (yep - locally owned, a big plus) and learned that they prepare the Naan when it's ordered, not heated up from earlier in the day. Its obvious! We couldn't recommend a restaurant more highly. Really one our favorites.”

Stori was absolutely wonderful! She’s sweet, personable, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive to everything we ordered and checked on our table often to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also knew the menu really well and answered all of our questions with confidence and patience. Her friendly energy and great service made our visit to Sue’s a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The food is always great at Tsunami. I made a mistake with my reservation and accidentally booked it for 2 people instead 5! I realized my mistake as our reservation was getting close. I called up and Ryan (Manager), upon hearing my situation was able to work with me and get all 5 of us seated right on time. I really appreciate the way he handled the whole thing. We'll keep going to Tsunami in Union Heights!”

“Love the food here and the servers are great but after being here for an hour, the manager actually came to our table and told us to leave. Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!”

“I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.”

This time I ordered the Hash Hash, and the combination of braised beef, sweet potato hash, feta, and horseradish crema was outstanding. All of it was cooked and prepared to perfection in less than 10 minutes. It was a big portion of food, was able to take home leftovers. Bathrooms available for men and women in the back.
