I’ve ordered many cakes from the City Cakes downtown location. Consistently yummy, almost always well decorated. This time I ordered from the Midvale store, a single layer chocolate gf cake with vanilla cream frosting. It was the best cake we’ve had from City Cakes. Beautifully decorated too. I highly recommend them and this is my new go to location. Thanks City Cakes!
I needed an impressive GF cake for my boss. I needed it same day. I called and went to over 8 bakeries and City Cakes was the ONLY ones that had GF cakes available to pick up same day without a pre-order. The cake was beautiful and a great price. I wish I took a picture before I handed it over to my boss for his wife’s birthday! This will be my go to bakery.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan

I love that it's vegan and has plenty of gluten-free options but it's too expensive for me. Once in a while I splurge and get the vegan cheeze sauce which is the best I have tasted anywhere. I wish they'd sell it in larger containers - in bulk even!Vegetarian options: Everything they make and sell is vegan.
