“Food is always great but this time it was really greasy. We had the reuben sandwiches and the bread had so much grease (assuming used to toast the bread) that is made the wrapper fall apart and grease was everywhere. Again this is a rare occurrence, have never had a complaint with culvers.“

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! Food VERY POOR!!!“

“Due to the attentive service, and quaint decor, it almost feels like you've stepped back in time to an old timey ice cream parlor. Eli was incredibly helpful and accommodating for all of my ice cream needs. The ice cream itself had the perfect ice cream to cookie dough ratio, and was the best I've ever had, and probably ever will have. Handel's ice cream has forever changed the ice cream game, and no other ice cream will ever compare. I would drive over 10 hours for this ice cream in heavy traffic during a blizzard.“
