“I love this place! I go there after hard work days and get the chicken salad sandwiches and wassail. It instantly brightens my day. They have a wide variety of teas, including herbal, and it’s a wonderful experience to share with friends. I go in groups often too and had my birthday party here.

I think those hired need a little bit better training, both of the young women (both very nice) who are working struggled to answer questions I had about the menu like “what is on the Mexican hot dog” or “what comes on the American hot dog”.

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! “A popular place. Waited in line for about 20 min (the first warm evening since the start of winter). The four of us had a wide selection of flavors (berry cheesecake, lavender and honeycomb, snicker doodle, chocolate). Everything was rich, sweet, unctuous and thoroughly enjoyed! Best ice cream I've ever had, no; worth the 30 mile drive, yes.
Looking forward to returning and exploring other choices.

“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. I'll stop at Alpha again - to try the Poly! :)“
