They only had one roast to choose from, and the staff was fine, not very fun and bubbly like your typical coffee shop. “One of the last shaved ice/snow cone places in the Salt lake valley. Especially this cute local shake type. The type I would walk to every week as a kid during the summer or work at to earn some extra cash. Very glad I found this place and I will go out of way to go here when it’s open. Cute outdoor seating with tables and beach chairs and wells as corn hole. Shade with some trees and a local bookstore next door. Very reasonably priced. I hope people support this place because I don’t wanna go to some franchised store building for Summer memories.“

“So many options for sweet tacos! Really fun and creative flavors. I got the #9 which was cookies and cream! They tacos are actually quite big. We were able to share one between two of us. They have more than taco ice creams! They have cookie sandwiches, shakes, dirty sodas, and just regular ice creams. There was a little line when I got here, but the ladies behind the counter busted ice cream out fast! Didn’t have to wait long at all to get my sweet treat! Definitely coming back when I visit SLC again“

“I had a dynamite burrito that was bursting full of ingredients. The included salsa had a good kick.

The staff did not speak English, and I don't speak much Spanish - but ordering wasn't too difficult.

It's also a neat convenience store and a check-cashing establishment. I will absolutely be going back for another menu item, I have no doubt it will be delicious.“

“Be sure to get a sample before trying new flavors-- have regretted when I didn't because flavors are often overly salty (mango, coconut, blackberry) and/or taste fermented (blackberry). They also give smaller portions in the evenings, within 2 hours of closing. Is sometimes more runny/melted. However, if you pick correctly or just stick with their standard salted vanilla- which interestingly is less salty than their rotating flavors- then it's quite good!“

A special thanks to Gavin for being so nice and for even recognizing me on the second visit. As a past restaurant manager, it shows attention to detail. I’d keep him around.“

“We had churros, some kind of strawberries and cream, and a milkshake. The food was good but not unforgettable. The shop is very small and it was very busy. We waited a really long time for our food, but they gifted us the strawberries and cream thing as a result. They were very apologetic about the wait. It was nice that they cared.“

“The double prime burger was delicious, as were the tater tots with fry sauce.. the combo meal comes with fries, but I upgraded to tater tots which were medium, so when I asked to upgrade to a large tots there was a one dollar uncharge, even though on the menu the difference between medium and large Freddy’s tots is only $.50. I asked the manager and was told it was a pending software upgrade causing the problem. So, would I eat here again? Definitely! 👍“
