My wife loves the s’mores ice cream flavor from here. We ordered a double scoop (1 scoop of milk chocolate and for the second scoop we got half s’mores and half cookies & cream). We love Rockwell Ice Cream. We have also been to the Provo location, both are really nice. We love supporting this local business. The employees were super nice and friendly. They give out samples as well.
Look. The GOAT sounds kind of strange but it's fantastic with a taste that reminds me of a cheesecake, with all of the richness you would expect.Fantastic. Do it. Put it in your face.Edit. It's been 3 days and I'm still thinking about it. Upon further reflection it might be the best tasting ice cream I can remember.

Nice little ice cream shop in a busy area. The smell when you enter the shop is amazing! There are a lot of different flavors and a couple of other options. Baked cookies a la mode and different flavored pops. I choose the “GOAT” ice cream. It was a really great mix of sweet and savory! There is an upstairs area with a lot of room and plenty of space for enjoying a quick treat out of the weather. I would suggest you give it a try if you are in the area.
