“Forty-Three Bakery has the most amazing pastries and desserts and delicious breakfast too. My lemon poppyseed scone had the perfect crunch. My vanilla latte and my husband’s chocolate London Fog were perfect to the last drop. Need to find out the secret for the yummy eggs too. Such a wonderful Sunday brunch treat. The chocolate, rosemary, and huckleberry pinecone is my favorite chocolate dessert ever. It’s like cracking open a delicious Easter egg when your fork cracks open the delicate chocolate shell. “This is going to be a long review. When you first walk in you are met with a delicious aroma of fresh bread, and pastries. The staff beats you with such sincerity that you feel like your family. I had called to put in a large catering order Tuesday afternoon right before closing; Wednesday was a holiday and I needed it by Thursday morning. They had everything boxed up ready to go…. Only for me to realize the coolers I bought were not big enough for a box. They offered to repackage everything into smaller boxes. The smaller boxes worked perfectly. While I waited I ordered the Turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich. I can honestly say that was the best turkey avocado, bacon sandwich I have ever eaten. As I write this, I am thinking of how delicious that sandwich was and trying to convince myself that a 50 mile drive for a sandwich is a bit much. The turkey was a thicker cut, juicy, flavorful, and it had that Thanksgiving roasted flavor to it. The bacon Cooked perfectly, not too crisp so you don’t chip a tooth , and not underdone where it is chewy. The avocado was fresh, and it was ripened to the perfect stage. The sandwich also contained some lettuce, and a dressing, which was delicious. All of this delectable goodness placed on fresh bread. The bread had a perfect crunchy outer crust While the inside was soft. The bread itself had an amazing flavor to it with all the seeds and nuts in it made a perfect sandwich. I will write a follow up after the party tonight. It will include photos.“

“I ordered two boxes for my birthday celebration because my family loves baklava and I thought it would be a fun change from having a cake. I called and spoke with the owner (who is so gracious and a truly lovely person) and she included a sampler of a third kind! The baklava arrived in terrific condition, very nicely and thoughtfully wrapped and boxed. Sheer Ambrosia is a genuine first class operation. I got the traditional walnut, spiced pear, and southern pecan. It was unanimous that the baklava is "amazing". The favorite seemed to be the spiced pear. Thank you for the amazing birthday treat and I look forward to more.“

“Gluten free not by choice and always ecstatic to find a safe gluten free bakery. I got the cinnamon bread, cinnamon muffin and cinnamon roll. All were delicious so the next day I went back for another muffin and roll. It has been nothing but delicious food and great, positive vibes from the woman who has helped me both days. I felt very welcome here (especially being from out of town) and did not get sick due to their strict enforcement of no cross contamination.“

“I love this bakery! I’ve used Nothing Bundt Cakes (specifically this location) for my wedding and my baby’s gender reveal party! The cakes are seriously so delicious and moist every time. They were able to cater my wedding with over 200 guests and hit it out of the park! All of my friends and family LOVED them! I also bought some cakes at the FanX convention and it was a great treat. I am excited to order more for my future life events :)“

“Came here for coffee and a light breakfast. I got the toast of the day, beet hummus and ricotta and my friend got the sandwich of the day, ham and cheese. The toast was good but was pretty expensive at $9. The sandwich was a better deal at $12 and was quite tasty but it had really fibrous, inedible pieces of fennel in it which you had to pick out. I also got a couple pastries and a sourdough loaf to-go. The pain au chocolate was $9 but was ridiculously good, so flaky and buttery! Worth it as a special treat. The food was good but didn't seem worth the price, I think the move for table x bread is going for the freshly baked pastries and breads instead of ordering the toasts/sandwiches. Their bread is so good, crispy and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend the sourdough. The drip coffee was also worth it, very flavorful and reasonably priced. If you plan to eat here, be mindful that there are only 3 indoor seats (there are several small tables outside).“

When I went to pick up the order, they were out of some of the ordered items. But they were very helpful, working with me to get comparable items so I would have enough for my crowd. Austin takes you through the entire baking process. You’ll learn some new tips and tricks, get your hands covered in dough, and enjoy some delicious bread at the end. “Was looking for a Panadería to get some Mexican Bread for the morning and found this place. Their Pan that I got was very good and have no complaints about that. Service was good and friendly. Why it’s a 4 stars is because they didn’t have a lot of selections compared to other Panaderías I’ve been to but it is made up by how good it was and also cheap!“

“Unloading hours here are 8 AM to 4:30 PM (and until 4 PM on Fridays). I arrived the evening before around 7 PM, so of course they didn’t unload me, but they did allow me to stay overnight on the property, which I really appreciated.

At 8 AM sharp they gave me a door right away, and unloading took about 15 minutes — very quick and efficient. There is also a clean restroom available in the office.

I’ve seen some comments about them giving out cookies, but I didn’t get any. Not a big deal, just worth mentioning.

Also, if for some reason you’re not allowed to stay on the property, there are nearby streets without “no parking” signs where you can park a truck without issues. Overall, a smooth experience.“

“Solid 4/5 star coffee shop. It’s a fun vibe, I like how it’s small and quirky. The drinks were good, nothing special though. They only had one roast to choose from, and the staff was fine, not very fun and bubbly like your typical coffee shop. Not sure that I’ll go back, but definitely in a fun location and worth swinging by if your a block or two away.“
