When I came in they were even giving out free homemade protein bars. Baked goods taste as good as dairy, meat/egg/cheese alternatives are also taste very solid. “This is going to be a long review. When you first walk in you are met with a delicious aroma of fresh bread, and pastries. The staff beats you with such sincerity that you feel like your family. I had called to put in a large catering order Tuesday afternoon right before closing; Wednesday was a holiday and I needed it by Thursday morning. They had everything boxed up ready to go…. Only for me to realize the coolers I bought were not big enough for a box. They offered to repackage everything into smaller boxes. The smaller boxes worked perfectly. While I waited I ordered the Turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich. I can honestly say that was the best turkey avocado, bacon sandwich I have ever eaten. As I write this, I am thinking of how delicious that sandwich was and trying to convince myself that a 50 mile drive for a sandwich is a bit much. The turkey was a thicker cut, juicy, flavorful, and it had that Thanksgiving roasted flavor to it. The bacon Cooked perfectly, not too crisp so you don’t chip a tooth , and not underdone where it is chewy. The avocado was fresh, and it was ripened to the perfect stage. The sandwich also contained some lettuce, and a dressing, which was delicious. All of this delectable goodness placed on fresh bread. The bread had a perfect crunchy outer crust While the inside was soft. The bread itself had an amazing flavor to it with all the seeds and nuts in it made a perfect sandwich. I will write a follow up after the party tonight. It will include photos.“

“Forty-Three Bakery has the most amazing pastries and desserts and delicious breakfast too. My lemon poppyseed scone had the perfect crunch. My vanilla latte and my husband’s chocolate London Fog were perfect to the last drop. Need to find out the secret for the yummy eggs too. Such a wonderful Sunday brunch treat. The chocolate, rosemary, and huckleberry pinecone is my favorite chocolate dessert ever. It’s like cracking open a delicious Easter egg when your fork cracks open the delicate chocolate shell. “Gluten free not by choice and always ecstatic to find a safe gluten free bakery. I got the cinnamon bread, cinnamon muffin and cinnamon roll. All were delicious so the next day I went back for another muffin and roll. It has been nothing but delicious food and great, positive vibes from the woman who has helped me both days. “The B.L.E.T sandwich has a sweet mustard on it, which wasn’t a pleasant addition to the sandwich. The produce on the sandwich doesn’t seem very fresh and there wasn’t much protein on the sandwich. Otherwise, the texture, flavor and quality was good. The pastries are so beautiful. The staff is kind and professional, and the decor is gorgeous. Overall, seems like a very nice place.“
