Love & Light Bakery serves good vegan food. The vegan breakfast sandwich is the best many have had. The bakery also offers delicious donuts, including glaze, maple bar, pumpkin spiced, and cinnamon sugar doughnuts. The owners are helpful and friendly. Many highly recommend this shop and consider it one of the best in Utah.
