Carol’s is a favorite of mine and has been since my early days of visiting my Grandparents in Sugarhouse. My grandpa would take me for ice cream and then we’d go to Carol’s for the yummiest eclairs on the planet. He was always friends with everyone and the owners of this place were no exception. Their pastries/baked goods, the service, and the love you can taste in the pastries is unmatched. If you haven’t been here, you need to. You’ll be back again & again. ❤️

I had the pleasure of going to Carol’s this weekend. I love the friend feeling, you were immediately greeted. I just loved it.
Now let’s talk about the AMAZING eclairs. The best I have ever had. And I am very fussy. We also tried the cream puff, and the sugar cookies. All were delightful. 10/10. We will for sure be back again. And again and again.
