Nice place.
Professional, graceful service by Mimi. She walked me through my first experience eating at an ramen bar. I was surprised by the delicious food. I tolerate a fair degree of spicy heat, so I ordered level six (of ten) — I found myself adding hot sauce to kick things up a bit. The bowl tasted fresh and well prepared. It’s too bad I live 1000 miles away from this place!
