“The ramen noodles had good chew and though I normally like tonkotsu I enjoyed the broth. The soy egg was cold in the middle though. Loved the Japanese curry, feels like I can’t find too many places that serve it let alone serve it well. The pork belly rice bowl was great and I really liked their house beer.“

“I am visiting Salt Lake City for six months for medical treatment. I am also an advanced Sommelier Who loves a good Ramen. Well, I just found it. This place is fantastic. The noodles are made in house so is the Giosa and the staff is fantastic. I would mention to say this is the best in all of Utah. So make sure you go out of your way and have a wonderful dining experience. Ron don’t walk.“

“This place turned out to be one of our favorites in the entire valley for ramen. The chicken was incredible, the gyoza was also great, and the ramen was delicious. Everything was so fresh and hot too. Walking in, the place looks tiny and unimpressive, but we ended up having the best time. We can't wait to go back!!!“

“Tasty ramen in the woodbine food hall in downtown, near the EVO campus. Went for lunch during a Holiday weekday, so it was kinda empty. I'm from NYC where there are lots of great ramen places, and prices were similar and so was the quality and taste. Ordered the tonkatsu pork and spicy miso ramen, and both were great. Come and give it a try!“

“I love this place. They are essentially always open compared to other ramen places, so if I'm not in a fast food mood I can always count on them to be around past 10. Their udon is absolutely delicious. There's some hours where it's totally empty and easy to grab a hearty meal, and sometimes it's a bit more crowded, but they have never let me down. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot!“
