Hamachi was a delicious experience. Opportunities to watch the chefs make the sushi or be seated at a table which offers more privacy. The sushi rolls include generic/traditional styles and specialized creations from the chefs at the restaurant. The hot entrees are delicious as well - I've had both the Pork Katsu and Tonkotsu ramen. Fresh Sushi Delight with Minor FlawsAt Hamachi Sushi Bar, the Vegas, Playboy, and shrimp tempura rolls impressed with their freshness and flavors, especially the melt-in-your-mouth tuna. While the shoyu ramen had good flavor, more noodles would've been appreciated. The gyoza stood out for its satisfying crunch, but the sauce was a tad too salty. Overall, Hamachi offers a delightful sushi experience with minor room for improvement in portion sizes and sauce seasoning.

Excellent quality. This has roses to the top of my favorite Japanese restaurant in salt lake valley. Great price, great quality. If you know authentic Japanese food you don’t go to Mint or Sapa. Why line up at Takashi when you can have even better quality toro and nigiris at Hamachi. Amazing place. Thank you for the top quality food and excellent dining experience.
