My friend recommended this place to me and it didn’t disappoint. Not only were they able to accommodate me right before their closing time, the owner was super friendly and nice to give me extra water for free. They even carefully wrap the food since I was in a rush to go, The food is delicious and warm after 20 mins drive.

We ordered the shinobi roll to try out, but we didn't personally like it, so we opted out of ordering more rolls
The nabeyaki udon, dynamite bowl, and mussel shooters were good. If you are in the neighborhood, it is a solid place to check out; I just wouldn't travel far to try though“

I recently experienced the 60-min, 17-course Bougie Omakase at Sushi by Bou, and to say I was blown away is an understatement. If you think a fast-paced omakase means compromising on quality, this place will completely change your mind. It is high-energy, precisely timed, and flat-out delicious.
Every single piece of the 17 courses was a hit. The chefs are absolute masters of their craft, presenting gorgeous cuts with flawless texture and flavor pairings. From melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna to beautifully torched delicacies, the progression of the meal was incredibly satisfying. You get the premium, high-end feel of a luxury omakase but packaged in an approachable, fun, and fast-paced hour.
Beyond the sushi, their beverage program is stellar. They offer a remarkably wide range of signature cocktails, sake pairings, and high-end spirits. I ordered Chivalry is Dead to pair with my meal, and it was exceptional—perfectly balanced, smooth, and expertly crafted to complement the rich flavors of the fish.
Sushi by Bou has perfected the art of the modern omakase. The ambiance is intimate yet lively, the service is seamless, and the fish is top-tier. For 17 courses of this caliber, it is arguably the best culinary value in town. I will absolutely be back!“

“Food and service were really good. I was not a big fan of the ambiance, tables were a bit close to each other and the music was a bit too loud for my taste. We ordered a number of different sushi rolls and we really liked all of them. We had a mix for both Vegi rolls and regular rolls. The standout rolls in my opinion were the Fiery Furnace and Hawaiian Heater. I also enjoyed the miso soup which was simple but good.“

“Gabi was our server and she was an absolute rockstar. We came for a girls night and she jumped right in and joined our shenanigans. She was a joy to have as our server and whatever she is being paid it is not nearly enough. The food was delicious (definitely recommend the garlic edamame) and it was over a great experience. 10/10 recommend especially if you get Gabi as your server“

“The fermented tea leaf salad was very flavorful and filling. I'm already planning on bringing more people to try it! The samosas had a simple filling of mostly potato and I appreciated that the milk tea boba used actual tea, but the only thing that will keep me coming back is the tea salad.“

“I very rarely decide to go to Google and leave a review, it takes a lot. Teru sushi is hands down not just maybe the best sushi spot in the valley but one of the best restaurants in the valley. I’ve ordered a couple rolls for takeout dinner a few times and have sat down for lunch and gotten a bento box. The food is absolutely phenomenal, super fresh, and super fairly priced. I can get a few rolls and soup for dinner for around $20. You’d have to spend $40 most places to get sushi that’s maybe somewhat close to how good the food is at teru. The customer service is also so friendly and they make you feel welcome when you go in. Can’t say enough good stuff about Teru!“
