“decided to visit for birthday dinner, no wait sat us right down. service was quick and kind providing recommendations. we got the crab ragoon and bao bun appetizers- both delicious. bao bun was soft and pillowy, crab ragoon nice and crispy! for our main we got 2 rolls (New York & fiesta) i love a fried roll, but the fiesta stole the show for me! the hint of lime was so fresh, tied it all together. the orange chicken was great too, perfect crunch, flavor and quality chicken. 10/10 would come again!“

“Me, my husband, and our kids have been coming here for a few months now and we love it. The prices are amazing and the rolls are very good. We can get double the amount for the price of one roll elsewhere. My husband and I stopped in to order take out on Father’s Day and the hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have never been disappointed with either the food or the service. The service is always very prompt and friendly. The managers, Ling and Mike are fun to talk to and they take their food and service very seriously. We of course have our favorite rolls but we always try something different from the long list of unique rolls. We have never been disappointed, and you certainly can’t beat the prices. “The prices here are so wildly cheap for such good quality. Yi is in our regular rotation and is a comfort place for my partner and I. The sushi is excellent, and they will substitute soy paper for the seaweed if that's something you prefer. We've had most of the rolls at this point, and they're all good. “Checked out Tsunami Sushi Bar recently. We had a big group and made reservations. I don’t think we ended up needing them for a Sunday afternoon, but it was nice to have it just in case. This was my first time here, but I’ve heard great things. I was excited to try it. We ordered the spicy edamame. I loved it. It wasn’t too spicy, which was good. I ordered the Buddha roll with soy paper instead of seaweed. It was soo good! I loved this for a vegetarian roll. A couple people in our group ordered the Honey Badger roll, which is also a vegetarian roll. I really liked this too. It was a lot lighter than the Buddha roll. I’ll have to get this next time. I also had an order of vegetable tempura. These were breaded to perfection! I didn’t love the broth/dipping sauce for these. I felt like it was really bland. I ended up dipping these in soy sauce instead. My boyfriend ordered the Executive Suite Roll & the Fire breathing Dragon Roll. He loved these. He also ordered the gyoza. They were typical gyoza. I left there really full, enjoyed my meal but since I don’t eat fish, it’s hard to compare this to another sushi place knowing I just order the vegetarian rolls. My boyfriend truly believes this place is so much better than other sushi places around. Check it out!“

“I hardly leave reviews unless they're really good or junk. This one deserved a great review. Ask for Austin! Super cool guy who hooks you up with whatever you need. Even when I thought we were ordering a lot, he would describe how much we're having and was confident what we could finish.

Went in for a Valentine's Day dinner at 5pm and even though the wait list had 9 parties in front of us and the host said the wait said an hour it only took us 25min to be seated and have our drinks and orders taken. We ordered probly 5-6x and got things within a few min of finishing our food.

All the fish tasted fresh and just melted in your mouth. Get all the premium nigiri and carpaccio. The King and Jintastic were our favorite sushi rolls. Lowkey the Korean galbi and fried chicken was fire too. Mochi ice cream is real good too.

Entree servings are small which is good so you can try many things and not be scared of having to pay for leftovers.“

“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.“
