What a fun and unique dumpling experience!!!
We tried one type from each category and loved them all. Pork and cabbage steamed dumplings and pan-fried beef dumplings were my daughter's favorite; leek & 3 delicacies was mine. The the beef soup dumplings were such a delightful surprise! Next time I'll try the chocolate!

The red braised dishes are very authentic with both the lamb and pork are stewed to be perfectly tender. The red braised lamb has also the right amount of spiciness from Jalapeno. The cook is indeed from Jiangnan (so does I), and it really reminds me of my grandma's red brised dishes. That being siad, the authenticity means it tend to be on the sweeter side compared to most other restaurants in U.S.
TLDR: Good food for takeout only. Dine in is super hot with no AC (it’s September). Can’t order sushi rolls with rice or soy paper. Our server was great and empathized with our frustrations but couldn’t do anything.
