“-INITIAL REACTION- We walked in to a seat yourself sign. It was packed but we got lucky that they were wiping down a two top near the bar right as we walked in. Our server Erik was there within a minute with water, wished us a happy valentines, and told us about the specials for the night. While he grabbed our drink orders, a blackberry mule and a soda, we looked at the menu. -FOOD- My wife was already sold on the surf and turf. I was trying to decided between a burger, pasta, or pizza when the table behind us got their food and the fish and chips looked too good. We also got an order of the croquettes, we did 2 ham and cheese and 2 regular. The croquettes came out quickly and were crispy, massive, and cheesy, with two really good sauces (garlic aioli and spicy tomato) to dip. The haddock was massive and the breading was perfectly crisp, the fish was light and nicely seasoned and was perfectly complemented by the tartar sauce (which tasted fresh and I would guess is made in house but I didn't verfiy that). The Asian slaw was tangy and fresh and the chips were some of the best I've had, reat seasoning, crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, almost a midway between potato wedges and potato skins. My wife got the Surf n Turf special and it was delicious. The prime rib was in a red wine reduction sauce, the steak was cooked beautifully. The potatoes were creamy and buttery. I didn't personally try the lobster but my wife said it was amazing. -SERVICE- We were served by Erik and he did fantastic, was quick, personable, attentive, gave great recommendations, and never once did my soda reach the bottom before he was checking if I wanted a refill. Towards the end of the meal we were visited by the manager Marc to see how everything was and ended up chatting with him for a while. He got us boxes, gave tips on reheating and gave us some to go containers of the sauces. Overall the service was some of the best we've gotten in recent memory. -COST- The average plate is about $20-30 and honestly for the quality and the amount of food you get it is extremely fair imo.”

“Customer Service Manager Nikki went above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience. We had joined the online waitlist expecting to be seated around 7 p.m., but since it was such a busy night, our wait stretched about 30 minutes longer. During that time, my very pregnant daughter began feeling unwell. Nikki noticed and immediately brought us fresh rolls and ice water while we waited outside, making her more comfortable. She even managed to get us seated sooner than expected. It’s rare to see staff take that kind of extra care and attention, and I want to commend Nikki, and Texas Roadhouse, for delivering that level of service. Her kindness turned what could have been an uncomfortable wait into a positive experience, and it’s exactly the kind of hospitality that creates loyal customers, even among the pickiest of guests.”

“Absolutely delicious and authentic Peruvian food. I’ve been looking for an Aji De Gallina dish like my Tia’s and finally found it! My group got 4 different dishes; lomo saltado, pollo a la pobre, arroz con pollo, and ají de gallina. By far, every single one was deliciously authentic and fresh. Not to mention massive portion sizes to leave you with leftovers, in true Peruvian fashion.”

If you like spicy food, this is worth trying. “I went here for the first time the other day and their coffee and food were delicious. They offer three different roast levels for their beans. I tried their darker roast. It had such a yummy smoky flavor to it. I also got a breakfast burrito with sausage and avacado added. That was satisfying as well. Their prices were reasonable. This is a must try spot!”

“I ordered two boxes for my birthday celebration because my family loves baklava and I thought it would be a fun change from having a cake. I called and spoke with the owner (who is so gracious and a truly lovely person) and she included a sampler of a third kind! The baklava arrived in terrific condition, very nicely and thoughtfully wrapped and boxed. Sheer Ambrosia is a genuine first class operation. I got the traditional walnut, spiced pear, and southern pecan. It was unanimous that the baklava is "amazing". The favorite seemed to be the spiced pear. The current type of tofu they offer doesn't taste great. Some sauces are too spicy or have an artificial taste. Other than that it's good for abc style food.

Good, it was medium sized, they could have been more generous with the vegetables in the dish. The food tastes pretty good. Next time I'll order the noodles. They could improve their drink selection the most.”

I believe the food was made fresh and there was a bit of a delay, maybe 15 minutes, getting our food but I felt the food was worth the wait. I asked for a recommendation and they suggested the Chicken Masala which I thought was wonderful. I went with medium spice and felt it was pretty mild. My daughter had a vegetarian dish which she said was as good as she has ever had. I felt the portions were fine, I was easily able to split my entrée into two meals so I have something to look forward to tomorrow for lunch.”

“I came here on a Tuesday for the lunch buffet. The buffet was fairly basic, not much variety. The quality of the food was above average, but not spectacular. The dining area was clean but also fairly basic. Service was on the slow side - it took a while for my first drink to come out and I had to wave the server down to get a refill.

The food being pretty good is what brought this up from what would have been 3 stars to 4 stars. Expanding the variety on the buffet by at least 50% and more attentive service could get them up to 5 stars.”

The boy working (forgot his name) was very helpful and kind and it was only his 2nd day on the job PLUS he was the only employee working the store!!! “I ordered the Ground Beef Chimichanga Platter, and had it smothered in Chili Verde. It was really good! Not a very crispy chimichanga, but great flavors and I was happy with the ground beef. The rice and beans were plentiful and tasted good. I also ordered a Non-alcoholic Mango Margarita, and enjoyed it. I think I'd prefer a different flavor next time, but no regrets trying the mango. It was very cold, and so drinking it while eating a hot chimi was a big mistake as I got two major brain freezes. It made for a good dessert once I finished my meal. My buddy got the Steak & Shrimp Fajitas, and commented that the meat wasn't seasoned, but was good as an entire package. Also, an important note, they provide complimentary chips and salsa with two different salsas. They are not two of the same salsas. One is a more bitter salsa, and not as good in my opinion, and the other is really good salsa (the one with the onion and pepper bits).

The service was good. Nallely, or server, was nice and gave helpful suggestions. Spanish is the primary language here, so there were a few questions that didn't translate well, but she was patient as we worked through it. Be proactive if you need a refill.

I love the location and the atmosphere of this restaurant. It's a classic American Mexican restaurant with good prices and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of parking too. I enjoyed my visit, and will be back, especially to try more of their drinks.”

“Today my wife and I had lunch at The Melty of Aiken, a new restaurant that just opened in town. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless. We were part of a large crowd of people trying Melty for the first time, and the entire team—including the owner—was fully engaged and welcoming. We both ordered the hamburger with fries and a drink, all served hot and fresh. The food was delicious, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back.”

“Last night we had dinner here, apparently it has been in that location for 19 years. I can totally understand why they are still in business. The food was done right, it was delicious. Our waitress was so sweet, it's refreshing stepping into a business that treats you well and seem so happy you are there.
We got the family meal with Orange chicken, chow mein, ham fried rice, egg rolls, wonton, and rangoons. I highly recommend this resturante. They do food and customer service right. Kudos”

“HUGE THANK YOU to SIZZLER for taking care of me and my family!! Every year on this day we go to Sizzler and remember my Mom. It was her favorite place! Today would be 15 years!! The pandemic wasn’t going to allow us to keep our tradition because yesterday all Utah Sizzlers temporarily closed. The manger came to my house personally and brought us food, on them. Words can’t express what this means to me and my family. It’s a difficult day and they helped make it better by allowing my family to keep this going in memory of my Mom!!! ❤️❤️❤️”
