Everest is our go to dinner spot, and has been for 13 years. It’s a family run business that offers a clean and calm dining experience with kind staff. Everest has consistently been delicious for years. Current favs are butter chicken momo, malai chicken, and the lamb coconut korma. A hidden place in Sandy that we tried because my Daughter had a desire for Butter Chicken. The waitress was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious and very plentiful. I had the Coconut Lamb and the spices hit with an abundance of flavor.
I'm never ever disappointed when I come here. Every bite gets better and better and the staff are so incredibly friendly. Run don't walk to eat at Everest kitchen!! Yummy 😋
