Quality control for the food has gone downhill in the past couple months as well as customer service, and thats coming from someone who lives practically next door and was a frequent customer. Dont bother paying extra for toppings/addins as they'll most likely get missed anyways. Cinnabon delights are also no longer handled/made with care as my $8 bag of half-hard/half-squoze Cinnabon delights were practically inedible. Drive-thru order with caution.
