We went in to get some lunch and at first impression the place looked great. The smells of delicious food filled the air and the music was pleasant.
Everyone was working had and had smiles on their faces UNTIL the GM Marc Rocco noticed us. His demeanor changed immediately. We walked in to a seat yourself sign. It was packed but we got lucky that they were wiping down a two top near the bar right as we walked in. Our server Erik was there within a minute with water, wished us a happy valentines, and told us about the specials for the night. While he grabbed our drink orders, a blackberry mule and a soda, we looked at the menu.

We had some family come in from out of town and decided to try Tin Roof Grill. We were very Impressed!! The food was delicious, the gluten free options are phenomenal and the staff was excellent. We will be back again. Hopefully they will expand to Grantsville or even Tooele.
