This store is very busy due to its location! We stopped there this morning, & they had ONE EMPLOYEE doing everything herself. Simon was a rockstar! This review is for her, not Beans & Brew as an establishment (although I do like them). Simon was holding everything down, WITH A SMILE & GREAT ATTITUDE, despite being more than ‘under staffed.’ Doing a hell of a lot more than she gets paid to do, no doubt! One of my two go-to locations, just around the corner from work. Always good service, super quick to apologize whenever they are even a few seconds slow.But this last week I pointed out a typo on their tip jar and the barista looked at me like I was crazy and simply humored me. Sorry, not sorry. It's Paddy not Patty for St Patrick's Day. Patty is for Patricia. Went back a few days later and it hadn't been changed...no tip for you today. Fix the sign.
