The employees were great! So helpful, friendly, and professional. The service was speedy-- probably the fastest I've ever been served a shaved ice. Very impressive variety of flavor options. Reasonably priced. We loved the set up with the string lights and magnetic tiles and chalk to play with. But the snow cones just didn't taste good. We got five different flavors, and only one tasted good. I mean, they weren't gross, they just weren't good. Nobody finished even half of theirs....read full review
Ocean ice is a family favorite to get at least once a week during the summer. My boys tried different flavors every time with different toppings. Me, I just love my orange mango with cream on top.The staff is always pleasant and they get our orders right no matter how complex the boys make them. Kudos to them.

My favorite shaved Ice place in all of utah. Super high quality Ice and so many options as far as toppings, ice cream inside it, even dog friendly shaved ice for your pup. Our kids love going because the atmosphere is great and there are blocks and toys there as well.
