The staff are very nice very, polite, very professional.However I have to assume at this point that nobody in that establishment has any idea how to make a cappuccino, or even what one is.I can tell you what one isn't: putting a little bit of espresso coffee in a cup and filling up the entire rest of the volume of the cup with burnt milk, regardless of what size it is.There's a ratio of coffee to toasted milk regardless of what size. I always drive out of my way to come to this one! The staff is all so friendly and they truly care about their customers. I wanted to buy a Sammy and forgot and the sweet girl at the window made me one anyways. I love beans and this place needs a little more love with reviews because it's well deserved!

Staff and coffee are great. The issues I ran into as someone who goes to coffee shops to study and do homework is how loud their machines are and the poor wifi quality. I've worked in other beans and brew in the valley and had no issue so my assumption is it is specific to this beans and brew. I ended up using my own hotspot because the internet was so poor. SO if you are looking for somewhere to study/do homework I would choose a different location.
