“Since my only interaction with staff today was with the manager of the store, I figured I'd review what I saw in his managerial skills.

First of all, there's the fact that he was ready to step in and do the jobs his employees regularly do, which is unfortunately not a typical trait of managers. And he did it very well. He was able to get my order taken care of very quickly without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated.

Secondly, I overheard his conversations with some employees and he sounded very patient and understanding with their mistakes. Not to the point of compromising costumer experience, of course. He made his employees feel like he valued their contributions and believed in their abilities to improve. It was honestly quite refreshing to hear.

The only reason I knocked off a star on atmosphere is cause it's a fast food place. It's not exactly made to have excellent atmosphere. but my overall experience at this location was very pleasant. I enjoyed my meal, and as a former fast food employee, the manager's attitude was a contributor to that positive experience.“

“I had been promising my grandson. I would take him there to get something to eat. He had been wanting to for a while. He gave it a 10 out of 10 absolutely enjoyed It!!! Could not stop raving about the biscuits and gravy and the chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Awesome price as well! I personally thought the gravy was delicious as well and I usually don't care for gravy, so that's saying a lot.“

“THIS. WAS. THE. BEST. PLACE. I’VE. EVER. ATE. AT. I paid 28 dollars for me and my boyfriend, we got two smalls with two sauces, and one side of rice. It was worth every single penny. This is THE place to go if you want the yummiest food ever in all of Salt Lake. I live five hours away from this restaurant and I’d gladly hop in the car just to go back and get it again. I wish you guys could open up more locations all of the US so everyone gets to taste how INSANELY incredible this food is.“

“I got the crazy, it was in fact hot. Like I'm not joking, if you like hot like I do l, it will not disappoint. The slider was delicious, crispy, juicy, the seasoning on the crinkle cut fries was tasty. The fry sauce is creamy and yummy. The staff were super friendly, they had Columbia vs Ghana on the tele. I mean what more could you ask for.“
