“Door dash messed up my order, I was running off 3 hours of sleep and was just so hungry and tired after being in the hospital all day and night. I drove over to the store to see if they would give me what was missing and they remade it for me cause it had gotten cold by this point. I appreciate the girl at the front who was very sweet Jayleen and making sure I was a satisfied customer. And Haziel who came up to discuss the order and showed me so much compassion and care. “The customer service here is notable for being friendly and helpful.

I ordered ahead, but my food wasn’t ready when I arrived. One employee proactively came over, asked about my order, and quickly explained the situation and it would be about a seven-minute wait.

What impressed me most was her attitude—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely customer-focused. Delays happen, but great service like that is worth recognizing.“

“Cool place. Very friendly staff and nice vibe.

I love really spicy food and this just didn’t hit how I hoped. I got the second and third hottest tenders, and was disappointed in flavoring. All very subjective, but I couldn’t really feel the heat until I finished eating, then lingered for a long time and burned on the way out the next day. I suspect nuggets may be better with more surface area.

For me, the downsides of super-spicy food hit but with the experience of eating sorta-spicy food.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“THIS. WAS. THE. BEST. PLACE. I’VE. EVER. ATE. AT. I paid 28 dollars for me and my boyfriend, we got two smalls with two sauces, and one side of rice. It was worth every single penny. This is THE place to go if you want the yummiest food ever in all of Salt Lake. I live five hours away from this restaurant and I’d gladly hop in the car just to go back and get it again. I wish you guys could open up more locations all of the US so everyone gets to taste how INSANELY incredible this food is.“
