“Clean area, it’s easy to talk since it’s quite quiet, the food is amazing, easily one of the best places I’ve eaten. The food is fresh and you can taste it. I ordered the Korean Chicken and it was delicious! I would definitely come back to eat again!“

“(1st Timers) We got the honey garlic and cheesling chicken…I put the pickup order in kinda early so it was sitting in the containers for about 10-12 min, which we then took to a park to eat. “I had been promising my grandson. I would take him there to get something to eat. He had been wanting to for a while. He gave it a 10 out of 10 absolutely enjoyed It!!! Could not stop raving about the biscuits and gravy and the chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Awesome price as well! I personally thought the gravy was delicious as well and I usually don't care for gravy, so that's saying a lot.“

I watched the building fill up and witnessed employees stepping up giving everyone the same excellent customer service. Wait time was 11 mins, food was fresh and excellent. You did everything you can in this area, it was just disappointing for my kids that they had no play place, and it was a little disappointing to me that we needed a code to use the bathroom. “I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“
