“Our first experience with Tsunami on 9th was incredible. Everyone on the team there, from the young gentleman that greeted and seated us, to the manager who spoke with us and especially Marley who served us...each one was amazing!!! We only seem to be offered 1 to 5 stars, but these 3 teams members went above and beyond our expectations. Frankly they each deserve 500 stars instead of 5 stars. Additionally the food was beyond excellent and delicious!! We will be back and hope that this honest review continues to allow room for us and our friends again next time!!! “Excellent! The food is fresh and flavorful. Cooked very well. I tried the Orange Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. The person worth me had Sweet Chicken and Lo Mein and Spring rolls. ALL of it was good! Plus, the place is very clean and the service was top notch! We were greeted immediately and the young man at the counter explained how the self serve tray options worked. Very fairly priced. Overall a great experience. I'm tired of wasing my money at Panda only to get sub-par food. This will be my new go-to for Chinese food! I highly recommend you try it!”

“Creole & Sliders Cafe was such a lovely experience! I visited with my sister and niece, both of whom are regulars. I ordered the Shrimp Po’boy; it was so delicious, with the shrimp having a nice crunch and the homemade sauce adding a special touch. Super flavorful! The corn bread is buttery and sweet and the sweet tea has the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The owners were both so kind and attentive. I highly recommend coming here if you want something fresh with a homemade touch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Super yummy — food!! I definitely recommend stopping by. (:”

“Almost every single time I’ve gone to this shopping plaza I make a stop at K-Recipe. It’s become a comfort treat lol

My wife and I usually get a gimbap and some of the sides— the cucumbers or kimchi, they always hit! It just feels and tastes so fresh and delicious 😋
Prices are very reasonable and there’s so many options to get, not just gimbap, if you like to try something different every time. 🙂”

“This is by far my favorite boba tea place in Utah. All others can’t compare to their execution and consistency. Every time I go here I know my drink is going to taste great and the boba is going to be cooked perfectly. The boba here is bouncy but delicate and full of flavor. I typically go for the 38 milk king with 50% sugar and no ice, but a close second for me is their tieguanyin pearl milk tea. The owner is also extremely nice and they have some board games you can play while enjoying your tea. All in all a perfect boba tea experience.”

First time trying Vertical Deli and overall, it was an ok experience.

I haven’t had a lot of Vegan food and after hearing a lot of good things about Vertical Diner, I wanted to give this place a try as it’s very close to my house. We ordered the Vertical Reuben and the SLC Cheesesteak, and I can’t really recommend either of them. The “corned beef” looked and tasted just like the “sliced steak” and while I’m not an expert with vegan food, I feel like the descriptions were a bit misleading. The bread to filling ratio was disproportioned where I feel like I was eating more bread than anything else, more so on the Reuben than the cheesesteak. The fillings on both sandwiches were lacking in salt a bit as well. The best thing about the meal were the fries that were cooked well.

The staff were nice and the restaurant was well-kept, so that’s a plus!

Not sure if it was just an off day, but probably won’t go back for the sandwiches.”

I can recommend you pay a visit if you're interested in trying something new! The only thing I will note is you may need to be careful if you have any allergies to sesame or dairy. I don't, which is why I can recommend it so highly!”

“We do not dine out often due to the poor food quality of many restaurants; however, when our friends found this organic, gluten-free diner, I was intrigued. The food was an absolute celebration of life. Delectable delights danced on an ambrosial causeway of artistic creation few eateries achieve. Our table ordered a variety of entrees and drinks. We started with complimentary chips, avocado and verde sauce. Very tasty. For the main course, I choose enchiladas and was curious about the horchata (rice milk soaked in cream with cinnamon), so I had this as well. Normally, I do not order specialty drinks, but their horchata was an exceptional experience as was the hand-squeezed limeade. I highly recommend both. Reading many of the other reviews that criticized the room temperature water, the service, and the ambiance, I must adamantly disagree. The best temperature for water when dining is room temperature. And their water is finely filtered and refreshing. The service may be perceived as slow, but I love being left to chat and laugh with my party. I relish this time. A meal out should be relaxing in a friendly, pleasant atmosphere without feeling rushed—and it was. The dining area is a little noisy, like most restaurants in this country. As an experienced sound engineer, I would recommend some sound absorbers blended into the corners, some appropriate picturesque art absorbers on the walls, and maybe a row of carpet down the main walkway to absorb sound and define the lovely wait staff’s path. The price: well worth it. You will not be disappointed. Spend without regret, and enjoy the articulation of tastes that shall frolic upon thy palate. While the sweet items looked amazing, we were looking for something a little more savory and picked the spinach and cheese, chicken schwarma, and beef pie. All 3 were delicious with the spinach one being my GF's favorite and the beef one with tomato sauce being mine. I really liked all the flavors and enjoyed how soft and flaky the pasta was. Oh the staff was great too as she was able to heat it up right there for us to enjoy!
