For lunch I had the S1 Pho and my husband and the Curry fried rice again amazing! We finished our meal with the Vegan Flan and omg sooo good!!! We had no idea coming here that is was a Vegan restaurant and I was a lil worried but it did not disappoint at all. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!!“

“This is a humble counter-service spot that has excellent food in large portions for reasonable prices. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, Massaman curry with beef, and Lo mein with tofu, and all of us liked what we ordered. I was enjoying my pad thai until I had a taste of my husband's massaman, which was phenomenal. He said it may be the best massaman he has found in Utah. The chili oil on the tables appears to be homemade and it was delicious. We also had thai tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. If I had any feedback for the restaurant it would be to invest in a soda machine. If you need a soda, they do have cans available for sale.“

“Good food, excellent service, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and appreciated by the friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a relaxed environment that made our meal even more enjoyable.

The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was prepared with great flavor and attention to detail. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế (spicy Vietnamese beef noodle soup), which was rich, aromatic, and full of tender meat, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth had a wonderful balance of savory, spicy, and comforting flavors that made every bite satisfying. My husband chose the Bánh Mì Thịt (Vietnamese sandwich with seasoned meat), and he loved the combination of flavorful meat, crisp pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and the perfectly toasted baguette that provided just the right amount of crunch. Our daughter ordered the Cơm Heo (rice served with pork), which was beautifully presented and featured tender, well-seasoned pork served alongside fluffy rice and fresh vegetables that she thoroughly enjoyed.

To accompany our meal, we also ordered a Matcha Boba Tea (green tea milk tea with tapioca pearls). It was smooth, creamy, and refreshing, with a rich matcha flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. The chewy boba pearls added a fun texture and made it the perfect drink to enjoy alongside our food.

Everything we ordered tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous. Combined with the attentive service and welcoming atmosphere, it made for a wonderful dining experience. We left happy, full, and already looking forward to our next visit. “What can I say about this place !!! I am a big fan of Pho. I have to have it few times a week. I tried so many restaurants but there nothing compare to the Pho these people make. It’s literally the BEST place for PHO. I am not saying one of the best but really THE BEST. I highly recommend them. Their place is super clean, the way they handle the food is amazing and the customer service is 110% Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Go to these guys, you won’t regret.“

“This is my go-to place for Pho, chicken lettuce wraps, spring roll. The service is tops as are the servers. The owners often stop to say hello and inquire if the food is good. YES! Menu items are well-made with go portions and presentation.“

“This place was absolutely fabulous! It was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and everything tasted incredible. No flavor was too powerful, and nothing too weak. The service was fantastic as well, they even had my food out not too long after I ordered. The price is a little up there, but compared to a handful of other places, its not bad.

“Found this place 4 years ago.....we spend several winter months in UT for skiing. Just got here 5 days ago and looking forward to picking up carry out or eating in the dining area. “Have an open mind, know that it is more like a Bistro Restaurant with proteins, sides and salads. My wife I were up in Salt Lake from Ca, for General Conference and decided to stop in. We came at a slow time and Hy was prepping the prime rib for the evening. We asked a few questions before we were seated and he offered us a taste the prime rib with the horseradish, Note: I can’t stand Horseradish, but I was blown away by his. We asked for recommendations and listen as he described the different mains and the sides and we made a choice. I had the prime rib (w/a side of Horseradish) and my wife had the fish. As we waited for our food to be prepared, we walked around the inside of the restaurant and were taken back by the decor, it match the out side, quit interesting. Our food arrived and it was beyond what we have had in any restaurant back in Oceanside or Carlsbad Ca. We finished the meal and we were able to continue to talk with Hy about the location, the vibe, finding out he grows majority of his vegetables that he uses, in the back lot of the property. He then gave us an impromptu cooking class using his special blend of spices and seasonings, that he has for sale in the restaurant and on Amazon too as it turns out! We tasted some of the best roasted chicken in cream sauce, prime rib with his southwestern spice mix! All and all our experience was beyond a doubt, very enjoyable. Granted not everyone will have the experience my wife and I had, but Hy was very pleasant and yes, very focused on his work of prepping, cooking, over seeing the students that worked in his restaurant.“
