Café Trang Bistro | Vietnamese is a fast casual restaurant where customers order at the counter, fill their own drinks, and food is brought to the table. The staff is sweet and caring, and service is quick and friendly. The garlic butter sandwich with all the toppings is absolutely delicious, and customers appreciate that ingredients can be customized. The cream cheese wontons are some of the best ever had. The pho is to die for, and the small steak pho is delicious, packaged well for takeout with the broth wrapped in Saran Wrap to keep it hot and prevent spills. The rice paper wrap is better than the sandwich, with great portions and really good peanut sauce. The tofu bowl with the sweet vinaigrette is not heavy and has no complaints. For comfort food, this place gets the job done.
