I had a great experience here. I ordered a Mr. B's and a gift card. My drink was delicious and the worker I interacted with in the Drive Through was very friendly. Service was fast.
I had a bad experience at this Beans & Brews a month ago, but decided to give them another shot.Unfortunately, this was very disappointing again.I’d ordered our coffees first and then the five sandwiches. We had to re-affirm the number of sandwiches, he repeated the coffees. Nonetheless, he wasn’t a ball of fire at the window. Great idea place to get coffee, the lobby was filled with people and it took a minute to get my order but the workers went as fast as possible and got everything right. The new guy Joseph was a great help, and Amanda kept apologizing to everyone in the lobby for the wait but both were very professional. Joseph kept asking me how my day was and making conversation while waiting for my order. Very great place and friendly environment.
