Horrible all around! Waited in the drive thru for 30 min only to get up to the window and my order was not ready. Jaden and staff are disorganized, unprofessional, unfriendly, and all around rude/dismissive. I just left without my items. This location needs improvement yesterday. Management needs to step up. I understand it’s Friday and a busy morning and I can be patient with the service industry workers but I was appalled how this was handled.

went there today and sat in the drive through for about an hour. and once i got to the window i sat for another 15 minutes after paying to get my coffee and food. mind you, i am a very patient person when it comes to customer service, but the fact that it wasn’t even busy dumbfounds me that it took so long. and when i finally got my order it was completely wrong. the drinks are separating and only tastes like milk. and my sandwich was extremely cold and was the wrong one. super disappointed about the service as this has happened on multiple occasions.

Worst store in the state. Dumbest employees. Bunch of mindless teenagers who can’t read basic instructions. They don’t offer vegetarian options although their menu says different. Asking those dumb kids to take one item off of something. Is the equivalent to asking them to build a rocket. I’ve came to this store a dozen times. Just to waste my money. I enjoy beans and brews. But this one is the worst in the state. It’s disgusting dirty the kids vape and flirt inside. They’ll have friends over and let customers just sit. And if those kids have more than three orders forget about it by our sitting 29 minutes for a melted coffee and incorrect order. and don’t even bother asking for an ingredient to be removed the mindless teens don’t work they’re flirting with one another and can’t comprehend or understand basically how to do their job of taking and making orders. It’s clearly just too hard for them.So if you have diet restrictions and wanna end up in the hospital go to this worthless store with their incompetent teenage employees. I’m addition they upcharge. I’ve made notes and did the math on my orders. The kids add random amount to the order so you have to give cash in several ones and change - and I’m sure they’re pocketing those extra dollars and hiding them off as “tips” in the time I sat and waited for the opportunity to waste my money at this store. I learned all about the little girls and their boyfriends and exes and how one of them recently got dumped. It’s literally just a building where a bunch of mean incompetent rude teenagers gather around and gossip while also getting to @work@ and take others money. And substantial amounts of your time. The drive thru traps you in once you’re in. So if you ordered but the teenagers aren’t done telling their stories. Checking their phones. Laughing a or divvying up their illegal tips. You’ll have enough time to watch a whole episode of something and finally make it to the window. But by the your at the window. They have 2 cars ahead of you that we’re also at the window. Who still haven’t received their order. My brother worked at the south Jordan and herriman locations for over 5 years and he was shocked by the employees behaviors the wya the store ran treated it’s customers and the fact compared to his other stores. The quality of the food and drink was equal if not worse from the coffees you can get at the grocery store and the frozen off brand breakfast sandwiches. Which by the way after paying 60 for essentially an Arnold Palmer we went to the Walmart and bought frozen breakfast sandwiches and a pack of cold brew. How ridiculous

I wanted to like this place. I had a couple good experiences but the past 4 times I've gone, it's horrible service and food. I just ordered breakfast tacos and got two tortillas with bacon and grease on them. No eggs. Not to mention the service is super slow and trashy. Zero customer service skills & crap food. Never again.

Great idea place to get coffee, the lobby was filled with people and it took a minute to get my order but the workers went as fast as possible and got everything right. The new guy Joseph was a great help, and Amanda kept apologizing to everyone in the lobby for the wait but both were very professional. Joseph kept asking me how my day was and making conversation while waiting for my order. Very great place and friendly environment.

horrible, i literally can't believe i ordered two of the b-everything bagels waited 20 min and they handed it out in drive thru and he wanted me to get them?? unacceptable honestly that's not okay because i don't know what if it was touched it's just not okay. extremely disappointed in how their business is and how rude they were while i tipped them...

Absolutely dissatisfied 100%. In 2 years time this location has gone way down hill. Twice now I have ordered the sane simple drink like always. Mochachinno with whipped cream. Last time it was like hot water. This time no whipped cream (mind you you're charged extra for it). Completely unimpressed. Will never return to this location again. Avoid please. Don't waste your money.
