There's usually only one staff member, so sometimes you have to wait a bit for your coffee, but each cup is made with care and they have good options.

Coffee I've had here has been good and has gotten the job done of keeping me awake. Service is alright.. some days its better than others just make sure to pay attention or stay close to the drop-off counter when its busy because 7/10 times they won't let you know when your coffee is ready.“

“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“Their boba pearls have brown sugar syrup!

I have went to so many boba places in Utah and this is the only one that their boba actually has brown sugar syrup, their boba pearls are also super soft!
They have a lot of games compare to other boba shops and the place seems pretty clean too.
They don’t really have that many boba flavor compared to other places, I will say the boba is super sweet so I do recommend lowering the sugar level, but overall it’s a nice place to stop by if you’re around that area.“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“I stopped by after a hiking date and it was amazing. The coffee was great, baristas were nice and the atmosphere was so cozy. I really liked the teddy bear dog with the bandana. It is def a place where I can just sit for hours enjoying the company.“

“I go in to work 3 days a week and this location is right on my way. If I stop for coffee, it's usually here due to the ease and quick service. Today, I somehow sent my app order to the 90th & State location, even though 90th & 34th is the only location saved as my favorite. The staff at 90th & 34th were kind and offered to make it for me anyway. They didn't make me feel bad for my mistake and sent me on my way with my drink. All my interactions here recently have been positive and my drinks have tasted exactly how I ordered them. This is why I keep coming back. Kind baristas, quick service, accurate orders, and a positive experience all around. I wish I knew the baristas by name so I could give them a shout out!“

“I love this place, I come here almost everyday with my dad and the staff has memorized my order!! They staff is so sweet and caring, Ive never had a negative experience here and I recommend it to all my friends. The pho is also to die for! If your looking for comfort food definitely check this place out!“

“I love this location. The baristas are always friendly and I've yet to have a bad experience ordering through the app, and the drinks are always consistent. I live by the location at 5546 S 5600 W and I will leave early for work to make the drive here just for the staff. They are always friendly with my dogs too. The other location has a few nice baristas but does have a few rude ones (I asked at the drive thru picking up a mobile order if I can order another drink and was told no that my drinks were already made( I literally was asking to pay for another drink while I was there) and to order a pup-cup ahead of time so she knows(6am, without anyone behind me or in the store), if the option was there, I would. That was one of many bad experiences that made me stop ordering there and making a trip over here.
