“one of the best burger places ever.“

“We came in expecting nothing and left extremely happy!
We sat at the bar. The bartender was very polite and helped us lightning fast. She brought out the food piping hot and make great drinks!
I was also very happy with the prices. After seeing the price of beer and cocktails at chilli's it was very refreshing to have $5 beers and $8 candy-like cocktail slushies!

All around very happy with the experience.“

“I had a bad experience with this location in Jordan Landing at one point so my return was iffy. So when I walked in and ordered I was really happy to say that Jonathan and his mom(I forgot her name) were extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed. My order was correct ( in the past it hadn't been) They were friendly ( in the past they weren't) and they were also well versed on their menu ( last time the guy didn't seem to care) So I give Jonathan and his mom two thumbs up and their willingness to help me and my group. Thank you!“

“Was great, everything delicious and fast EXCEPT the initial service. We were waiting at our table for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks, then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting to order our food. An older guy started serving us who I think was actually the bartender was really nice tho and even gave us 2 free mint ice cream cake desserts for free at the end so that made up for it. I don't know why he was helping all the tables around us while there was 2 young workers at the front on their phones and talking to me it looked like we're only helping with greeting and seating people.“

“Heads up to anyone planing to go here. The self serve kiosks give you a cheaper price than ordering at the counter. We tried using a gift card and our total at the self serve kiosk was going to be 27.50. Gift cards don't work at the self serve kiosk. We went to the counter to order and use the gift cards. The exact same order came out to around $33. The girl at the counter had no idea why the prices were different but we all confirmed that the prices were in fact different, by a decent amount too.“

“The food was absolutely amazing 10/10! I would definitely recommend this place for the quality of the food.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff wasn’t rude, but they made us feel like they were serving us out of obligation rather than genuinely welcoming new customers. A friendlier and more attentive attitude would have made the experience much better.“

“33 years ago today, this great location opened. It became the “first Arctic Circle” to achieve $1 million in sales in a year. Strong support from Paul Hallman and Gary Roberts. Many years have passed and it’s still standing strong, because of the emphasis on service and quality. We do, however, miss the monthly cruise nights.“

“I love this place. There is this one server Diana, she is a gem. She is attentive, sweet and just cares about her customers. She has a smile that will melt your heart and her customer service is unbeatable. I love to come in and have her serve me. Even on my worst day she can pull me out of my blues just from her laugh and her sweet kind words. Thanks Diana, you really make coming here worth while.“

“I asked for fry sauce on my to go order and the fry cook stated that they are for to go orders only… um ok, my order it to go but whatever. Then eating the fries they were limp and soggy, and normally for a large fries you get a bunch of fries dumped in the bottom, but the cup wasn’t full and no extra, like they needed to conserve some for some reason. It was lunch time but there were no lines and not too busy. It was just a crappy experience. Not sure if it’s the location or just an off day, but it was a bummer. Update, I was reached out by Five Guys and the have asked for another chance to improve their service. I appreciate the effort and that they personally reached out to me to address the situation. This felt like they really care and want to improve their issues when they arise. I feel like this makes a difference and its not just about taking my money for a burger and more like they want me to come back. I love the effort. When I go back I will update my review, but for now improving to 3 stars. Further update, I did another to go order and everything was right this time. No issues with fry sauce, fries were crispy and burgers were good. The cashier was new so a few things on the order were wrong but otherwise it was great.“

“Had a morning tee time at 7:20. The greens were in great condition. Better than some higher paying course I have been to. The fairways and course in general were in great condition. They are fixing many spot that are in bad condition which is nice to see from golf course. Breakfast food was good and average priced. Been coming to the course once or twice each year and its been improving each time.“
