“Okay so burgers seem to be frozen patties. But with that said you guys there seasoning on there fries there fries are incredible 🤤 the burgers are delicious frozen or not they are good ❣ Atmosphere was a little lack luster I was hoping for more of a scary vibe. But it is wall to wall horror movie posters ❣ Great place if you think fast food vibes. With a touch of restaurant being food is made to order. Making that much more worth the try❣ give it a shot I think you're in for a spooktacular experience 😱💀“

“Still the house sauce. Our Server, Chantelle (sorry if I misspelled it) did an excellent job. Manager came out and that was a nice touch. He let try us the spicy mango sauce. My nephew said he'd try that next time on his chicken strips. We also tried the coconut coke. Definitely order that, plus it's bottomless.“

“I have rarely gone to Arctic Circle, but recently the pass 2 times that I have gone, it’s been excellent! The food was great! The service was on point! And the atmosphere was amazing with GREAT air conditioning.

Anyways, my girlfriend had an experience a couple months back, and it wasn’t all that great. The food was ok, the service was trash, and the atmosphere was not great.

The main point of this review is that, they are definitely stepping up their game and that everything here is GREAT! Also, shout out to Blair for blessing us with exceptional customer service!

“My first time here. I think the best fast food burger i have had. Just way to expensive. I might have paid less at red robbin and gotten the same quality. 1 person and it was just shy of $20. I do really like that you can order to have what you want on it though. Most places don't have an option that fits a basic old school type of burger“

“We got a cheeseburger there.... I know, not the Greek food we could have ordered, but this was for my brother, he just wanted a burger. Well, Greek Kabob, did not disappoint?, my brother loved it!Now, on the note of customer service. The young man that helped us was kind; and did a really great job, after he knew we were going to purchase food from their establishment. Food courts, well, you do get a lot of browsers...I'm one of those, so, sometimes their smile may not be forth coming instantly. This young man was gracious and kind; somewhat shy, but still, pretty good customer service, so 5-stars. He's doing a great job.Again, my brother loved the cheeseburger.“

“Food is typical of most Carl's Jr. locations, made fresh, and looks as expected. Service was executed in a timely fashion. The area surrounding the location is a bit sketchy though, sitting in front of a hotel, beside a check cashing place and on the last occasion I visited there was a clearly inebriated gentleman stumbling through the drive through placing his order on foot.“

“Went in because I hadn't had a root beer in a long time. I wanted zero sugar, due to diabetes. I told the clerk I wanted a large. He asked if i wanted any food? I answered, no. He handed me a cup and told me to just go ahead and take it.
This treatment and connection with the customer creates loyal customers & has been largely lost.

“Went through the drive-thru and was helped almost immediately with someone who sounds happy. I had to ask a few questions since I was also getting my dog a treat, and they helpfully told me you can get a grilled chicken patty!
