Sonic Drive-In is a popular fast food spot where customers can enjoy their favorite treats, including their signature ice. The restaurant has improved its service, with fast and accurate orders, thanks to new management. Although there have been some mixed experiences, the staff, including friendly workers, provide customer service that makes dining in a pleasant experience. Some customers appreciate the nostalgic feel of the place, even if they find the food to be slop food for nostalgic times. The burgers are considered alright, but the jalapeño poppers stand out, as they use cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese. The restaurant has also reinstated tots on the delivery menu, ensuring customers can continue to enjoy their Sonic favorites. However, some customers have mentioned issues with order accuracy and wait times during their visits.
