Every time I've taken my kids here our food has been hot and fresh. The employees are fast and efficient, it does take a bit longer than expected when going through the drive thru so plan for that but it's definitely worth it for fresh hot food.
Walked in with workers standing around doing nothing and they couldn't be bothered to help me and instead had to use the kiosk.
