Food was good, took a while to get my food. Was in a rush to get back to work and ended up being late due to poor time management. Took about 18 minutes to get my food and there was like 2-3 cars in drive through.
This location is convenient if you want a quick meal before or after grocery shopping as it's right next to the local Smiths. We have consistently run into issues with the staff not listening when orders have substitutions and haven't to consistently repeat and correct the order. We have also had consistent issues with the food coming out barely warm and a little stale like it's been sitting under a warmer for a while. I love Wendy’s, have for a while. But this location is… bad. I understand maybe taking 5-10 minutes to wait for food. 10 minutes is pushing it. almost 20+ is ridiculous. Every time i come here i think it’ll be different, but no. I’m sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes for fast food.
