“This place was absolutely fabulous! It was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and everything tasted incredible. No flavor was too powerful, and nothing too weak. The service was fantastic as well, they even had my food out not too long after I ordered. The price is a little up there, but compared to a handful of other places, its not bad.
If your looking to try Vietnamese food for the first time, I recommend this place highly.“

He seems bitter, but as soon as I started talking to him about how we used to come here as a kid his face lit up immediately in the kind of way that makes you feel warm inside. If you feel disrespected by him I promise it’s not intentional!! Best Pho shop in Utah hands down“

“Food is so good. But when getting the all you can eat DO NOT ask question cause MICHAEL will come too your table and tell you off! I asked if we had to drink all the broth for pho and the waiter said most I said ok and then Micheal came up saying that I had to drink it to not be charged extra and to fallow the rules. Like wtf it was a question.“

“I absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to come back!! We started with the spring rolls and also the 4 Seasons rolls and they were amazing! For lunch I had the S1 Pho and my husband and the Curry fried rice again amazing! We finished our meal with the Vegan Flan and omg sooo good!!! We had no idea coming here that is was a Vegan restaurant and I was a lil worried but it did not disappoint at all. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!!!“

“This is a humble counter-service spot that has excellent food in large portions for reasonable prices. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, Massaman curry with beef, and Lo mein with tofu, and all of us liked what we ordered. I was enjoying my pad thai until I had a taste of my husband's massaman, which was phenomenal. He said it may be the best massaman he has found in Utah. The chili oil on the tables appears to be homemade and it was delicious. We also had thai tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. If I had any feedback for the restaurant it would be to invest in a soda machine. If you need a soda, they do have cans available for sale.“

“Good food, excellent service, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and appreciated by the friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a relaxed environment that made our meal even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was prepared with great flavor and attention to detail. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế (spicy Vietnamese beef noodle soup), which was rich, aromatic, and full of tender meat, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth had a wonderful balance of savory, spicy, and comforting flavors that made every bite satisfying. My husband chose the Bánh Mì Thịt (Vietnamese sandwich with seasoned meat), and he loved the combination of flavorful meat, crisp pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and the perfectly toasted baguette that provided just the right amount of crunch. Our daughter ordered the Cơm Heo (rice served with pork), which was beautifully presented and featured tender, well-seasoned pork served alongside fluffy rice and fresh vegetables that she thoroughly enjoyed.
To accompany our meal, we also ordered a Matcha Boba Tea (green tea milk tea with tapioca pearls). It was smooth, creamy, and refreshing, with a rich matcha flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. The chewy boba pearls added a fun texture and made it the perfect drink to enjoy alongside our food.
Everything we ordered tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous. Combined with the attentive service and welcoming atmosphere, it made for a wonderful dining experience. We left happy, full, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, delicious drinks, excellent service, and a welcoming place to gather with family and friends.“

“What can I say about this place !!! I am a big fan of Pho. I have to have it few times a week. I tried so many restaurants but there nothing compare to the Pho these people make. It’s literally the BEST place for PHO. I am not saying one of the best but really THE BEST. I highly recommend them. Their place is super clean, the way they handle the food is amazing and the customer service is 110% Please don’t waste your time going somewhere else. Go to these guys, you won’t regret.“

“Delicious. We got pot stickers, spring rolls, and 3 servings of pho. The pho was phenomenal! The staff was friendly, and our appetizers arrived at our table quickly. Only gripe is that the website takes you somewhere fishy, which is why I added a picture of the menu.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations and the highland spot is no different. Their bánh mì is incredible and hard to stray from (that perfect bread!), but their pho is also really incredible. Really you can’t go wrong.“

“Found this place 4 years ago.....we spend several winter months in UT for skiing. Just got here 5 days ago and looking forward to picking up carry out or eating in the dining area. It's consistently the same, steaming hot pho, always vegan......what more can you want? Will be eating it 1-2x's/week while here.“

“This is my go-to place for Pho, chicken lettuce wraps, spring roll. The service is tops as are the servers. The owners often stop to say hello and inquire if the food is good. YES! Menu items are well-made with go portions and presentation.“
