Based on reviews, Phở Hảo is a clean restaurant with friendly staff and fast service. The food never disappoints, with generous portions that often provide a whole meal to take home. The menu is reasonably priced and understandable. The pho beef stew is loaded with tender beef and soft chunky carrots. The fried eggrolls are award winning in West Valley & SLC City. For seafood lovers, the #46 Hot and Sour Seafood pho is highly recommended. The newer decorating makes the restaurant feel cozy. It is considered the best pho place in the SLC area, with some preferring it over Pho 777.
